Very flexible. Can pretty much do anything you want it to out of the box. Easy to integrate with POS, ESPs, and other common ecosystem technologies. Great sales, support and execution teams. UX a bit dated. Data visualization capabilities in-platform are limited but data is easily ported to other solutions. As it is sold by Aimia, the experience and consultative know-how that comes along with the solution makes the overall offering better than anything competitors like Loyalty Lab , 500 Friends and others can offer.
