"A Positive Experience with PPL"

**Overall:** It has delivered all that we expected and then some. We initially subscribed for month-to-month, but changed to annual since it has made a positive impact on our business.

**Pros:** \- Easy to implement - Easy to use - very intuitive - Ease of registering new members - Allows instant communication with all members for distribution of important information - Encourages return visits from customers

**Cons:** \- Does not integrate natively with all POS, though there is an API option, but for a small business that is taking on a lot - There could be some improvement to the Campaign module for event based activity.

**Reasons for Choosing Preferred Patron Loyalty:** Combination of cost and features - it does the right things without being too expensive or too difficult to use.
