When the time budget is over than the set time duration, it also alert. Weekly summary is awesome way to track activity or project progress regularly. It works great, keeps everything separated nicely, and allows for accountability and visibility of how much I am working and what my hours are going to. You are also able to import template projects, which means for a little set up time you can save time setting up future projects. Everyone on our team can use it for their specific projects. Also, it's really simple to learn. Most employees are fine after just one walk through. Cons I would like if it could send out an automated reminder daily if you haven't entered time. Simply select your project and task then just start the tracker with literally 1 click. You can also submit time entry and the tool automatically updates your task budgets in real time. You can also use it with Basecamp which is really nice. There is no extension necessary. Basically, if you're looking to allocate your time more efficiently and help with your cash flow this is the tool for you and your company! Cons There isn't much negative about Tick, but if you're looking for anything beyond just tracking hours then you'll be disappointed. There are no extra features built-in like calendar or robust reporting.
