I love the various reports that can be pulled and love that I can update it retro-actively. Cons I don't think there is anything that stands out to me that I don't like about the software - if there are glitches, it would be because I neglected to update on a more regularly basis and forgot how much time I spent on certain tasks I did the week before. Web access makes it easy to update anytime so there is no excuse for not filling in your time card! The reporting functions give you a snap shot of your project's/people's progress at any time. We're a small studio of 3 (2 Designers and 1 UXD) and it helps us manage our jobs, knowing what we've all been doing for the day. We can see time left on projects, and if we come in/over under budget etc. With the overall experience, I feel it could be improved. Some parts of the desktop app seem clunky, and certain avenues lead to unexpected CTAs. It would be great to see some improvement on this in the future. Aside from that, we continue to use Tick with ease and it helps our workflow tremendously. No longer we spend faffing around trying to sign time to projects, or try to figure out how long we spent on a certain project the past week. Pros The ease of entering hours on a project, seeing who's been assigned / working on the project. Cons Not a great fan of the UX and overall design. I typically have between 5 and 15 active projects and the monthly pricing for Tick goes from high whenever I go above 10 projects, making it quite expensive for just a little additional capacity. It would certainly be worth it for a larger company but is just barely worth it for a small operation like mine.
