Because it is just like using any other spreadsheet the focus is making a team more productive and efficient with multiple sources of contribution. Cons The mobile/tablet app has some restrictions that don't make a lot of sense. There are features hidden away for those not on the web app that seem completely arbitrary. The android app in particular has bugs that still need attention. Customer support is lacking in response. I'm hoping that these will be worked out in future updates.
