Pros

I like how easy it was to create forms. We use these for our exit interviews and have never had an issue.

Cons

Sometimes it doesnt load and I have to switch browser or clear cookies. Not sure if that is a smart sheet issue or an organization issue.

How easy it is to integrate and how our partners have been using it have liked as a solution instead of using the conventional tools

A very recognizable tool for action tracking and very easy to use, as you used to it. Very great to track actions of the team or project life cycle. Mostly very precise workflow and great productivity in the entries.

When using tool in different geographies entries could come within some time, it is important to save your entries in first place, or it is better to use it in timely manner.

Managing larger scale tasks with the low subscription cost make this a great product for a huge variety projects in nearly every industry. This is a great competitor to anything Microsoft charges double to provide.

Pros

Great for collaboration and large scale team deployment. The spreadsheet is easy to use and easy to train. Because it is just like using any other spreadsheet the focus is making a team more productive and efficient with multiple sources of contribution.

Cons

The mobile/tablet app has some restrictions that don't make a lot of sense. There are features hidden away for those not on the web app that seem completely arbitrary. The android app in particular has bugs that still need attention. Customer support is lacking in response. I'm hoping that these will be worked out in future updates.

Before using Smartsheet, my work was all over the map (in terms of organization) in various spreadsheets and lengthy email chains, I was always chasing after updates. Since using Smartsheet, I can now quickly identify who is responsible for what, who is behind on their due date and what needs to be completed in the near future, all within seconds.

Pros

I use smartsheet every day to keep track of our progress on my project, assign tasks and put my finger on what’s going right and where we’ve got some drag, more than I have to sort through a big pile of email. Every morning, I lift my sheets and check in on the status of each project deadline, update the status myself and fire off a comment right there from the row.

Cons

When I’m working on a bunch of stuff at once and they’re all quite busy, if I don’t tidy up after myself my sheets start to feel cluttered.
