It's really intuitive and has made my workflow a lot easier. I like being able to pin my most-used sheets as favorites to access them easily. It is a project manager's dream, easy to build out and share plans with those inside and outside a core project team. Cons I feel like there is a great deal more of functionality that I'm not aware of. We have leveraged a few of the dashboards and workflows, but there is much more to the system. I can see our logistics that are booked in the office and also any new hires that are added to our roster as well. I can also add updates if need be. Cons It’s easy to use if you’re comfortable working on a computer but not so easy for someone who doesn’t. With , I have been more organized and productive with events and my work. Pros It is so easy and fast for me to set up a smart sheet. Long gone are the days where I track RSVPS, or sign ups to a certain meeting or conference. It tracks everything for me and exports it into an excel. I can add whatever questions I want and how I want them to be answered. Cons I can't add anyone to receive the results. I would like to add someone onto the account or at least the "link" so they can also see who is attending. Familiar view because it looks similar to Excel and acts similar to Google Docs. User interface is easy to navigate within a sheet and the features are easily accessible without having to navigate away from the sheet into too many toolbars. Cons The search feature is the best way to locate past sheets, so if you don't title it well it's hard to find the sheet. Recent sheets doesn't help because only so many entries are viewable, and how to add sheets to your favorites isn't the most intuitive.
