Pros Clear and great for collaboration, with no performance issues even on larger sheets. The UX is consistent, and the UI is easy to use; it’s intuitive overall. The ability to manage billing centrally works well with our accounts team. It’s definitely worth what we pay for it. We haven’t had to rely on the support team much, but the user guides are very detailed and helpful. Cons Having to manually save is frustrating, and I’ve run into some bugs when multiple people are making changes to a sheet at the same time. Sometimes it drags 10–15 lines down to the bottom unexpectedly. It also takes a while to get through the login process.
