A lead has been trained for our interdepartmental product development, and she champions these pieces. However, for our marketing team project development, we did decide to go with a different platform that required less training up front so that we could be more nimble and meet the growing needs of our team. Cons Usability is great but the UI isnt as sexy as what you might see in other software programs like hubspot or slack. Cons The ability to not be able to update conditional formatting in bulk is truly maddening, meaning that for complex dashboards there has been manual dropdowns selected for every column and every status.
