Pros I like that it looks a lot like a spreadsheet but with a lot more muscle behind it. We use it to follow clinical documentation workflows and vendor timelines it’s easy to share with our internal teams as well as outside partners. Cons The permissions system can be a bit cumbersome. December 24, 2024 5.0 Pros Fairly intuitive UI and UX. I was brand new to in September 2023 when I joined a department that heavily utilized the tool. I took some of the self-paced trainings (videos) but found that if you are just using it for the basics you can just click around and/or Google your way through the vast majority of it. Overall, I've been a use for 1+ year and like the tool. I also like that my clients (many of whom do not have a Smartsheet license) can still utilize/access the workspaces I create. Cons No auto-save?! All the time I add a new row, make updates, etc. and forget to hit the little save button. And it does not save any of the work, it just disappears like I never did it! There is a little banner that pops-up after 10 mins and says something like "It's been 10 minutes since you saved your work" But often the work I'm doing doesn't take a full 10 mins. Pros Switching to this project management software was simply painless! Easily coverts workflow request forms & workflow audimations. Best feature was probably the free trial. By the time our free trial ended we had really become familiar with the software & had really started to depend on it. So purchasing the software was a no-brainer. Cons The thing that I am most concerned about is the lack of security built into this software. I also found that after signing up for the free trial I received a lot of spam emails from .
