It makes navigation so easily also. The user interface looks very friendly Cons I cannot comment on the negative side of Smartsheet since I have not encountered any issues so far. It is working well. While the product has worked well after the initial implementation, we still have gripes with their support team from time to time. Pros The user interface is well designed to give our users an easy learning curve. It did not take our users long to figure out how to navigate within the system and we received positive feedbacks. It's also easy to customize each user's dashboards so that they can have a tailored look. Cons The overall implementation took much longer than expected. We were sold a product that was supposedly easy to configure and implement, but instead got one with many technical issues during implementation. November 25, 2024 5.0 Using Smartsheet was an excellent way to think through the various tasks of a project, set deadlines / goals, and loop in teammates to better collaborate on the projects. Overall I really enjoy the program. Pros The thing I liked the most about Smarsheet was how easily customizable and rich in options projects and the use of the program was. But I think there's so much more development they could be doing and the views and things they're investing in are not the most impactful. Overall, it's fine, but I wouldn't suggest anyone switch to this from a tool they like. It does the basics and that's it Pros I like that it connects with resource manager, and that I can assign people to different tasks. I also like the rules you can create. It's quite intuitive. Cons It feels like a glorified excel sheet, and there are things that are not great. The version history is hard / nonexistent, it doesn't auto save, you can't collaborate with someone in the document -- you have to save and refresh. Pros It is a cloud hosted project management, project review, project scheduling, tasking, QA/QC tool that works very easily and is very flexible. I like that I can invite others to contribute to the sheet or assign tasks to others, track items, etc. Cons Its IPAD app is not very easy to use compared to the web interface Review Source TL TL L. It allowed me to work very closely with the project managers, service team, and engineers. I am a huge fan of Smartsheet and recommend it to any company that is project based and need a tool to manage the work flow. Pros I love that Smartsheet allows you to effectively collaborate with ppl that’s on the project team. It allows you to keep track of the workflow. Cons The only con I did have is that I thought you could not see who was the last person to modify something on the Smartsheet, but actually there’s ways to track changes with an activity log. Some can't even use Excel. Smartsheet is simple to use and I have been able to create help and tutorial videos that have enabled both them and other users across the organization to get started with the software. Cons I would like it to have more simple views like Trello as this would enable me to "sell" it more easily to those who are not used to computer-based work. I like that it's basically an excel sheet where you can attach documents and communicate with others across your business. I also especially like the automation feature which streamlines processes. Cons There are some additional features that I wish Smartsheet had. For example, I wish you could filter by "This Month". I also wish it could integrate with Outlook a little better.
