We have always been impressed with the ease of use and the support offered. Pros Easy to use with great collaboration features that allow for across team and client communication so everyone stays up to date on schedules or metrics. Cons I think the sheets and schedule features are a little more robust than their dashboard. Though all parts have steadily improved over the 5 or 6 years Ive used Smartsheet. It keeps me organized for sure Pros Easy to use. Very clean setup.You can track sales, setup collaboration workspaces. I mean it has so many options I have yet to use them all. I am still discovering tasks. I love the simple to do lists where when you mark complete it is still there but crossed out. It is generally easier to view in a webpage than Excel but was not as easy to use as I would like. Pros It was easier to view and edit from a web browser compared to a shared excel. Cons I found it confusing to modify the sheets in the way I wanted at times, filtering was not as intuitive and sometimes my edits did not save. " September 2, 2024 3.0 I used this for about a week trying to get the setup organized and operational for use. I found Monday part way through, and it was much easier to use. I felt like the cost a little cheaper but there's a reason why. Pros Had the same functionality of Monday.Com but I didn't like it as much. Cons Functionally it didn't work as well as Monday.com and it didn't have the connections from what i could tell. Pros I find Smartsheet really helpful for managing my work. It’s like a smart spreadsheet where I can track projects and tasks, and it’s great for working with my team and sharing files. I also like that it connects with other apps I use, like Google and Dropbox, so I don’t have to jump between different tools. Cons It might cost more than simpler tools, but it’s great for bigger projects. If your internet is slow, it might run a bit slow too, but it works better with a faster connection.
