Pros

Aucun : ce sont des voleurs. Malgré deux participations et réclamations je n'ai jamais reçu mes récompenses ! Honte totale

Cons

J'ai participé à deux études à tolunstar. La première sur une étude de déodorant et une autre sur une étude générale. Je n'ai jamais reçu la récompense promise. Malgré des réclamations, ils m'affirment non sans tort qu'ils m'ont versé cette récompense. Evidemment sans me le prouver. C'est une honte.

My two vouchers for takealot redeemed on the 2nd and 10th of October have not been received . When I write to them I receive automated reply.

Pros

Good Surveys but comes to redeeming your points which they say on their policy it takes 1 to 3 weeks.

Cons

They don't pay the vouchers and cash and their policy says it takes 1 to 3 weeks,you get automated message when you write to them.

Mi sono vista sospendere l’account perché potenzialmente i miei sondaggi potrebbero “avere un impatto negativo sull'integrità dei nostri processi.” Premetto che sono sempre stata super corretta. In concomitanza mi sono decaduti anche tutti i punti, e ne avevo parecchi. Una perdita di tempo, la cosa spregevole è che all’inizio ti fanno vedere che tutto va alla perfezione ma poi c’è la fregatura. Delusione più totale, non consiglio affatto

Assolutamente nulla, solamente una perdita di tempo.

La non serietà dell’azienda e la non chiarezza.

Pros

Toluna Start surveys are generally simple. The user-friendly interface and the ease of creating and distributing surveys quickly. The ability to redeem rewards via Paypal and the vibrant community interactions are very appreciated.

Cons

Sometime I experience frequent disqualifications from surveys after investing time, which can be frustrating.

Fantastica la consiglio , facile da usare

Pros

Ho provato Toluna per i sondaggi , mi trovo molto bene . Ci sono almeno 2/3 sondaggi al giorno e riesci ad accomulare punti per riscattare dei buoni .

In general, the results have been positive, I have had the opportunity to redeem several times by PayPal without any inconvenience. The community is very nice, there is a lot of interaction and respect for each other's opinions.

Pros

It gives you the opportunity to collect points through surveys, games, and discussions with the Toluna community which you can exchange for cash or gift vouchers.

Cons

When you take some surveys you are immediately disqualified or even worse when you have already invested a lot of time, you are removed from the survey.

Toluna è il miglior software per la gestione delle analisi di mercato.Nel settore alimentare, in un comparto dinamico come quello in cui lavoriamo, è fondamentale essere sempre aggiornati sulle preferenze dei consumatori e su quella che possiamo definire customer awareness.In tal senso, Toluna è di grande aiuto.

Cons

Sicuramente le analisi non sono a bassi costi, forse si potrebbe lavorare su pacchetti di ricerche in modo da abbassare il costo medio per analisi di mercato.

Pros

Abbiamo assunto decisioni razionali, soprattutto nel campo del marketing, grazie all'elaborazione di statistiche derivanti da sondaggi generati grazie al software Toluna Start. Assolutamente consigliabile, anzi direi necessario per capire quali sono le priorità su investimenti e su decisioni che riguardano i segmenti e i canali di vendita da penetrare.Trovo il software più facile e più intuitivo da utilizzare rispetto ai concorrenti.

Cons

Non ho riscontrato particolari inconvenienti, forse attivare alcune ricerche a volte è troppo costoso per un'azienda piccola quale è la nostra.

Pros

Tem sempre pesquisas disponíveis e relevantes para os usuários. Também é uma ótima opção que se ganhar uma renda extra que a funcionalidade oferece.

Cons

Somente a pontuação é um pouco baixa, demorando assim juntar o mínimo de retirada.
