Great reporting tools that allow easy sharing. Overall it's a strong solution, but struggles with more complicated surveys

Simplicity. Very easy to set up and customer service is willing to help immediately when stuck!

Cons

Hard to get specific in rural areas. Would love more videos on some did you know or how to to take your survey to the next level. Or best ways to analyze.
