Pros: User friendly, amazing functionality, all in one (no need for multiple programs), they are open to new functions (you can put an item on a wish list and if there is interest, they will work on getting it done).

Cons: Sometimes setting up certain functions can be tedious, but once it is set up, it is good to go when you need it.

Overall: I absolutely love this software. It is a one stop shop and the ease of use is amazing. It is one of the most user friendly software products I have encountered in my 18 years in the legal industry. It can work even when you are sleeping and the partnerships with other companies automates processes that needed to protect you from liability. There is no need to go from system to system for client management, document production, accounting and payroll, you can do it all here.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you go with it, have your local rep come out and sit with you for the day. Have a list ready of functions you would like and let the rep help set it up.
