Pros

The software is well thought out in design through superb front end support. Franc connect is more than just a software vendor, they are part of our team.

We now have better insights, reporting, pipeline, data tracking and robust marketing tools at our fingerprints.

Pros

What I like the most about is the visibility into our sales pipeline. As a sales manager, having this insight and reporting capability is of top priority to our organization.

Cons

We integrated from an antiquated system and due to this fact, we did not have a smooth transition during implementation. The FC team handled us to the best of their ability.

We have built many approval processes into and have drastically cut down on lost emails, excel reporting and missing data.

Pros

I think how we can keep all of our lead and franchise information in one place. The ability to set up workflows to allow for automated tasks and emails to go out based on certain actions has helped to improve our efficiency and processes.

Cons

I do not like how the reporting does not work across modules unless you have the insights module. I also wish there were more features that would work for a company that houses multiple brands in one system. Certain features that would be helpful to us are not conducive because they do not allow us to segment out by brand (i.e. Marketing ROI report in Sales module)

Auto outreach to candidates is vital to my job in sales. FranConnects email campaign capability takes a ton of work off of my plate and keeps me in constant contact with my candidates. Their task functionality helps me stay on track with my candidates as well. Very user friendly system for franchise sales.

Pros

Great functionality from the sales perspective. Able to create your own lead flow labels for pipeline management and the email campaign capability is fantastic. Our team is able to create beautiful email templates that auto populate with great graphics. You can also track your open rates on your campaigns which is very useful information.

Cons

Like most cloud based software, you are at the mercy of your WiFi speed... Some days are better than others.

Pros

has a number of capabilities built into their system! There are options for franchise developmenet (sales), operations AND marketing. They also have an intranet function to communicate to existing franchisees which I find very useful. FranConnect's support team is also extremely responsive.

Cons

Until recently, I felt like the design/user interface was a little dated. But with the recent update, it's much more visually and functionally pleasing!

Overall, the customer experience has been good. They are very responsive with your questions/concerns. Oftentimes they are not able to help with your concerns though, as it is usually called a "system update" and they claim to send to their development team for future updates. Responsiveness- 110% Ability to achieve your outcome -50%

Pros

It does cover quite a bit of the needs for franchise business support. It allows you to manage all of your contacts within one platform. The Hub and Info Manager are the best modules. Great for data sharing and data maintenance.

Cons

The Sales and support modules need improvements. The sales campaign manager is pretty weak, and very poor quality compared to other paid email subscription services. There is very little customization or design that can be done within the platform. The support module appears to be new to . It needs updates, it is currently FAR too basic. Needs much higher level capabilities in order to be able to work in it properly.

Their solutions help our corporate staff and our franchisees make the most of their day through efficient modules and support tools. The FC team is quick to respond if we have questions or need support or service of any kind.

Pros

Before we had this software, we were trying to manage all the different aspects of our business on our own. After looking at several different solutions, we chose to do business with as they had significant experience in our space and could handle the size of our business and the growth that would come. Their customer support is WONDERFUL!

It's not a perfect system, but none are. Overall, it's easy to use and customer service is responsive. It's just not very sophisticated. It probably works best if you just want to use the supplied templates and not do your own design.

It's very easy to upload files. Customer Service generally responds pretty quickly.

Glitches - especially if you're using HTML.

Pros

creates an Intranet for franchisees to use to share messages, postings, etc. to each other. You can store files and other important docs there, as well.

Its a little buggy. Need to scroll to the top of the side menu, to get home, but doesn't automatically get there.

Over-all my experience with is stellar!

Pros

Pros are that keeps everything about every lead in one place so I'm not hunting all over the place to find this or that. It saves time, frustration, and my nerves, I dare say it adds years to my life. I can call, email, message, and text the leads. I get email reminders in my Google inbox so I don't forget when I'm supposed to call leads. When I need help, the FranConnect Help Desk team are there for me every.single.time. without.fail! They are so, so, so good at what they do and I can see the 'smile' on their faces even though we're on the phone. Two of the reps helped me most recently and their help made my day SO MUCH BETTER! These two deserve some recognition and a raise in my opinion! :)

Cons

It's slow sometimes but for all the good it does, I can deal with this.

provides a terrific CRM system for our franchise sales department and also Intranet for our franchisee network. A terrific partner for us so we can focus on our business rather than trying to build these necessary tools.

Training, support and functionality. If you use this tool as its designed it will help you make more sales guaranteed!

Cons

Its a little overwhelming. Its so robust and it can produce so many reports you can get overwhelmed. Most sales people are not IT competent so there needs to be a shared component of access for access.
