It has a lot of functionality and works well for us. Pros I love using this sofware as it makes an easy place to store documents and share them with our franchisees easily. I think the latest update has truly made it more user-friendly and visually appealing. It is easy to add data and update as needed. Pros The software is a great tool to capture and access multiple data in one location. I like how we can easily find data through the search bar and add comments to specific areas. I also like that it offers different segments to save store information, resources library and Marketing collateral. I seems user friendly too and easy to navigate. Cons Since the latest update, I like its new look now as it looks more modern. The version before looks so dated. People either think it's the only solution or only get it because they're too busy to do the research to find a better solution. The UI is ancient and hard to navigate. And they charge you an arm and a leg and then all the customization and usability is on your plate. No thanks. Pros Not a whole lot. We're switching to HubSpot instead and can get rid of all of our modules that we had in FranConnect. Cons The lead management and marketing automation is missing a lot of features that you can get from even free software these days. Review Source SS Steve S. It onboards leads, tracks progress, helps our sales people establish a rhythm and lets me know what's going on. We also bought some of their marketing software to help our franchisees track their own sales efforts at the local level. The only reason I stopped short of 5 stars in some categories: FranConnect is undergoing a good kind of transition. They hired great people with SaaS experience who will combine software expertise with legacy franchise expertise to improve the user interface and some other aspects of the system needing work. I recommend to any franchising executive that they give FranConnect serious consideration. They will be up to 5 stars in no time. Pros Squarely focused on franchising. Pros Quite easy to use once you are trained on it . When something is not working or I have issues, the support is really helpful and respond quickly. Given the lead volume we have experienced, I couldn't imagine not using this software. Last year we incubated our second brand and didn't think twice about using FranConnect for this company has well. The new leadership team brought in a couple of years ago is top notch and I would highly recommend any emerging franchisors to use FranConnect.
