Pros The very mature system comes with the embedded knowledge of various transportation company's built in. If your a small company just starting, this system will really help get you on the right track. For 20+ years we've experienced it. The software it self is rock solid, easy to upgrade, and very developer friendly. You can access data various ways including ODBC, SQL, or via the JSON API. if you like us, and see it as absolutely necessary to develop and integrate you own internal systems. You cant go wrong with COPS. Cons We still use the older Unix/Linux interface which can be difficult for new employees to learn. However, I do know they have a web-based experience which is much more modern and beginner friendly.
