Integrates with a lot of other software, easy to use and widely used. Pros What I like most is that I am able to integrate it with other solutions like Teams and Zoom meeting to easier schedule my meetings. I also like the fact that the it works the same whether on desktop or on mobile. Cons The sync with emails is usually off and changing the email password is a bit tedious. I have over 1500+ clients and I can find and respond quickly to the needs of my client because of the organization that Office Exchange allows me .. great product! Pros New features in mail have become much more user friendly for a non-technical person like myself. Easy! Cons Some of the features are one off . . in other words for it . . you can only use the feature once within the mail. Like keeping the 'pop out' feature. Like the feature a lot, just wish it was a permanent setting for long term use . . not per email.
