I have over 1500+ clients and I can find and respond quickly to the needs of my client because of the organization that Office Exchange allows me .. great product! Pros New features in mail have become much more user friendly for a non-technical person like myself. Easy! Cons Some of the features are one off . . in other words for it . . you can only use the feature once within the mail. Like keeping the 'pop out' feature. Integrates with a lot of other software, easy to use and widely used. Pros What I like most is that I am able to integrate it with other solutions like Teams and Zoom meeting to easier schedule my meetings.
