"Automating our events marketing."

**Overall:** The automation is important as a Marketing Coordinator. I use this to nurture leads. It is also effective in contact management but it is extremely expensive.

**Pros:** The email management capabilities will enable us to divide our attendee lists into different segments based on their interests in particular events, which will guarantee high engagement rates.

**Cons:** The customer support is so slow to fix pressing deliverability problems and the high pricing does not give us a good value.

"Solid Tool"

**Pros:** It has the most important features and is quite simple to use. Furthermore, it has automations/flow, which makes a lot easier.

**Cons:** a bit expensive from over 2000 Contacts on and sometimes mails have massive delays (especially when there is a mail flow with several mails in a row)
