An in-depth marketing and automation software that improves your email marketing through data and automation.

Pros

Activecampaign is a great way to store a central contact list and send out marketing emails - that's what I use it for -The segments and tag functions make it easy to split up a list of contacts into different categories and send out more personalised emails -Activecampaign seem to keep releasing new promising features, which is great to see -The tracking of clicks, click-throughs, privacy clicks etc.. works very well and is useful to track data of emails sent

Cons

1\. I wish that you could A/B test (or split test, as they call it) an email for time sent, but when I change one of the emails schedule it automatically changes the other so I cannot A/B test for time sent 2.Some parts of the software can be hard to use, but this isn't a huge con as once you spend some time getting to grips with it it's OK

Cons

ActiveCampaign has really stood up for us in every possible way. There is honestly have nothing that i disliked about it.

We hebben altijd netjes samengewerkt en ActiveCampaign gebruikt. Voor de nieuwe prijsverhogingen hebben we aangegeven om onze betaling liever naar maandelijkse facturatie om te zetten. Na 15 mails is dit eindelijk toegezegd. Vervolgens kregen we wel een jaarlijkse afschrijving, en nu zijn we ook weer 5 mails verder voordat dit überhaupt gefixt gaat worden. Oneindige verificaties, niet de mails goed lezen, dingen toezeggen die niet worden gedaan. Ze weten je bloed goed onder de nagels te halen. Leuk systeem wat te duur geprijsd is en de klantenservice is veruit waardeloos. Blijf hier ver vandaan.

Pros

Het instellen van de automations en de nieuwsbrieven instellen.

Cons

Eenzijdige prijsverhogingen, ontzettende slechte klantenservice.

Pros

Once you get the hang of it, the software is easy to use. Just like any software, the learning curve is always a challenge, but support is always available. The price isn’t too bad for what you get.

Sobald man sich eingearbeitet hat, ist es ein sehr nützliches Tool. Die Auslieferungsrate bei den Freemailern war bei mir ein bisschen schlecht, dazu wünsche ich mir mehr Input um das zu verbessern.

Pros

Automation, das erleichtert das Leben. Umfangreich kann das wirklich gebaut werden mit Tags und Triggern.

Cons

Pricing and so few leads. 1000 Leads sind ein Witz und der Sprung von Lite in die nächste Preiskategorie ist schon sehr groß.

I am using AC to send automated sequences to my leads, but I am not using the campaign features, and I am considering swtiching to another tool if I can't delete my inactive leads (else the costs will constantly increase)

Pros

Useful tool to automate emails to leads and manage our sales process

Cons

I am not using AC for the campaign features, yet it forces me to constantly upgrade my plans when I reach the cap (while preventing me from deleting inactive users)

The overall experience was positive, with some really nice automation features for marketing. The tool is also budget friendly as compared similar softwares like Hubspot or Marketo. However Activecampaign is more focused around email campaigns and customer engagement while Hubspot can be your all in one marketing suite.

Pros

ActiveCampaign is a nice email marketing and automation tool, which user friendly and easy to use features. You will not have problems in creating workflows for your campaigns even if you are not very tech savvy.

Cons

The advance features of the tool are not that easy to understand, also the platforms gets slow when dealing with large data like if you importing a big contact list into or exprting previous campaigns data.

Pros

They offer a walkthrough via webinar. Despite the fact that some businesses are satisfied when they believe you know what you're doing, the team actively contributes to the success of the customer. I received effective communication through phone, text, and email. Additionally, I had the option to get visual print to ensure my issues where gotten or I was on the correct way.

Cons

A person who is unfamiliar with computers may initially experience difficulties, glitches, or inability to function due to technical issues. When plans don't go as planned and problem-solving doesn't work, it's stressful.

This is the best Email Newsletter Software I used and I recommend it to all people who ask me.

Pros

It is easy to handle and the Emails can be edited to have my branding. I also like the easy way to make automations.

Cons

Sometimes it is loading slowly and there are sometimes (not often) bugs when I want to change the text auf my Email. So I need to try again.
