As a Commercial Director, it is important to nurture our B2B long-term leads in an efficient way. I apply this to automatically run our complicated sales cycles and promotional campaigns. It is an unquestioned giant of focused outreach, and the learning curve is so high that a more traditional, relationship-based sales force can be exasperated by it.

Pros

Its email management and powerful contact management capabilities are amazing, and this enables our commercial department to easily subdivide our world-wide glass dealers and concrete contractors according to their individual product acquisition track record.

Cons

The high pricing levels are not good value since our international B2B database is expanding, and customer service or specific client service is much too slow when we require to make difficult security permissions to our regional salespeople.

Great, great design, ease of use, albeit it does require some setting up and maintenance, but once it gets going, you'll love it.

Pros

The best tool out there for email marketing by far and without a shadow of any doubt! Go for it and rely on it!

Cons

Pricing must be the most important thing out there, but if it helps us make money, the it's fully justifiable.

Cons

I was on a lower-tier subscription but felt myself constantly wanting to use premium features. As a small business not making enough revenue to justify the upgrade, it was frustrating.

My experience with ActiveCampaign so far has been easy and straight forward. I like the automation builder. The visual workflow makes it simple to connect triggers to actions. Even complex flows feel logical and customizable.

Pros

I like that ActiveCampaign allows very specific segmentation and a very easy to use automation interface.

Cons

The price of the plan. I wish the monthly plan price could be a bit lower or offer more affordable prices to small businesses.

Ich benutze Active Campaign zum Verfassen von Newslettern mit einem schönen Design, was auch meinen Kundinnen gefällt.

Pros

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr gut strukturiert und die E-Mails werden gut zugestellt. Hilfreich sind die Sendeberichte.

Cons

Nachteile gibt es soweit nicht. Zumindest habe ich noch keine entdeckt. Ich nutze aber auch bei weitem noch nicht alle Funktionen von Active Campaign.

It's been a great experience overall. I'd say the learning curve is not too different from any email campaign software out there, to the extent it is more difficult it is only because it is more loaded in features and capabilities compared to more streamlined/simpler alternatives.

Pros

ActiveCampaign's email management customization is as robust as I think you can get. There are so many options for segmenting automated campaigns based on recipient action, timing intervals, contact management (tags, labels, lists, etc).

Cons

I think at times the features can get a little bit overwhelming. Because it is feature-rich, sometimes the U.I. is a bit busy it gets a little bit hard to find what you need. But over time I've noticed that they have cleaned up the design around the edges and also provided more and more templates so you have less building to do from scratch.

The automation is important as a Marketing Coordinator. I use this to nurture leads. It is also effective in contact management but it is extremely expensive.

Pros

The email management capabilities will enable us to divide our attendee lists into different segments based on their interests in particular events, which will guarantee high engagement rates.

Cons

The customer support is so slow to fix pressing deliverability problems and the high pricing does not give us a good value.

Ich nutze Active Campaign um Newsletter zu senden und diverse E-Mail Kampagnen aufzusetzen um meine digitalen Produkte zu vertreiben. Hier ist Active Campaign nahezu alternativlos für mich geworden, da kein Wettbewerber diesen Funktionsumfang und diese Schnittstellen (z.B. zu Ablefy) anbietet.

Pros

Es lassen sich immens viele Szenarien abbilden, man kann nicht nur einen normalen Newsletter schreiben sondern durch Automationen, Tags und Listen die Kunden da abholen wo sie sich in ihrer Customer Journey befinden.

Cons

Active Campaign ist definitiv eine Investition, der Preis ist mittlerweile ordentlich und das muss man sich als Start Up leisten können und wollen. Gleichzeitig finde ich die Ladezeiten relativ lang wenn man z.B. von den E-Mails zurück zur Automations Übersicht wechselt etc.

Nach wie vor für mich das Go-To-Tool bzgl. E-Mail-Marketing. Kein anderes Tool bietet so viele ausgefeilte Möglichkeiten.

Pros

Nach wie vor die Automationen – und zu einem guten Teil der Editor. Es ist einfach ein großes Sammelbecken, das man sich gut organisieren kann, um seine Kontakte gezielt anzusprechen.

Cons

Die neuen KI-Funktionen sind noch sehr generisch. Auch das Preisgefüge ist für einige Nutzer inzwischen sehr teuer geworden.
