Our experience with ActiveCampaign has been nothing short of magical. It has completely redefined the way we execute sales and marketing initiatives, making it easier to attract new prospects, nurture customer relationships and convert opportunities into successful deals. Since adopting the platform, our campaigns have become more targeted, our sales processes more efficient and collaboration between sales and marketing teams has improved. We are now able to engage customers more effectively, build long-term relationship and make better business decisions backed by reliable insights. The results have been incredible. We've seen our sales grow by 33% And the improvement across our team even helped me earn employee of the year 2025. Active Campaign has become our biggest contributor to our continuous sales growth and overall business success

Pros

I love the way ActiveCampaign brings our sales and marketing activities together on one intelligent platform while remaining incredibly easy to use. It automatically captures and organizes leads from our website, trade shows, product enquires and referrals, ensuring every sales opportunity is accounted for from the very beginning. The lead nurturing capabilities have been exceptional, allowing us to build automated customer journeys that educate prospects about machinery specs, financing options, maintenance services and customer success stories while keeping them engaged throughout our long B2B sales cycles. I also appreciate the integrated CRM and pipeline management which gives us complete visibility into every deal from enquiry to quotation, demonstrations, negotiation and final hire.Another standout feature is the behavioral lead scoring, which identifies high-intent prospects based on customer engagement and enables our sales representatives to prioritize the opportunities most likely to convert, while advanced segmentation allows us to personalize campaigns for different industries, customer profiles and buying behaviors. The AI-powered recommendations further improve campaign performance and lead qualification and with email, SMS, and WhatsApp communication available from one platform, we can engage customers through the channels that work best for them. Altogether, these capabilities have helped us generate better-quality leads, shorten sales cycles and consistently close more business.

Cons

ActiveCampaign has proven itself to be the ultimate sales and marketing platform for our business. The acquisition and implementation costs were very reasonable considering the capabilities it delivers and every feature has provided excellent value for money. It has consistently performed as expected, helping us generate more leads, close more deals and strengthen customer relationships without any challenges. I therefore have nothing negative to complain about ActiveCampaign.

Our marketing efforts have reached a new level of efficiency and effectiveness with ActiveCampaign. It provides us with a unified platform for marketing automation, customer relationship management and personalized customer engagement, allowing us to execute targeted campaigns with confidence. The platform has streamlined how we attract, nurture and convert leads while giving both our marketing and sales teams complete visibility into the customer journey, ultimately helping us achieve stronger campaign performance and better business results.

Pros

The best thing about ActiveCampaign has been its ability to bring our marketing and sales teams together on one platform. Its built-in CRM allows us to manage pipelines, track deals and score leads, ensuring every opportunity is followed up at the right time. The AI-powered Active Intelligence features have been invaluable by recommending the best times to send campaigns, optimizing content and helping us prioritize high-value prospects with greater accuracy. We also appreciate the advanced personalization and segmentation capabilities, which allow us to tailor messages based on customer behavior, location and engagement, resulting in more relevant and effective campaigns. Another standout feature is its multi-channel marketing capabilities, enabling us to coordinate email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns from a single platform while monitoring engagement across every channel. These capabilities have helped us strengthen customer relationships, improve campaign performance and deliver more meaningful marketing experiences.

Cons

ActiveCampaign has delivered exactly what we expected from a marketing automation platform. Its features works well, the interface is intuitive and we haven't experienced any issues that have affected our marketing operations. We genuinely have nothing to dislike about it.

In a small scale tourism business, we have found ActiveCampaign to be a great tool for managing customer interactions as well as backend tasks. It has been fairly good for the price, and the customer service has been quick and helpful when we have gotten stuck. Though there may be some improvements to be made in reporting and performance for more involved workflows, its worth for email and contact mgmt is worth it.

Pros

We use activeCampaign to handle all the communication with our clients as well as our internal process and it's been a good addition to our tools. The email automation capabilities can save hours of time, particularly when dealing with bookings, and following up on customer queries from across the globe. The contact segmentation is very accurate, and I appreciate how easy and simple it is to integrate it with our existing CRM system, it makes going through client data much easier and more organized.

Cons

There are opportunities for the development of the reporting tools. The analytics are available, but some more detailed metrics can still be a bit cumbersome and may need to be exported to other tools. Also, I have experienced small delays in relation to changes in workflows that have multiple conditions. The drawback isn't that big, but it can be annoying in times that demand prompt changes, say during busy tourist season.
