Pros Has many features for automation and segmentation to help marketers build more relevant campaigns to build and nurture leads. Cons It isn't an intuitive system when it comes to lead attribution. " July 3, 2020 5.0 I have now got a newsletter that I can send to my existing clients monthly and although I am still new to the software I am still getting excellent ongoing customer experience with my dedicated onboarding representative - which has been very helpful and patient. Pros That I have a place to keep all my contacts and track them in the CRM as a bonus to having ways to automate my newsletters and emails. Cons So far I have been using the software for two months and haven't come up against any problems or things I couldn't do without a quick search in ActiveCampaign's learn hub before something solving my problem with a course or lesson I could take to achieve it. But after taking the time is actually a great app for email campaigns. You can create custom fields, tag contacts for easy search, send automated emails and receive autoresponders, use their templates or design your own. CRM is available though only for the pro plan.
