Cons Active Campaign ist definitiv eine Investition, der Preis ist mittlerweile ordentlich und das muss man sich als Start Up leisten können und wollen. Cons Our forms were not capturing leads for 4 months. It took them days to respond and they claimed it's a CSS issue. After prompting them to investigate more, their technical team informed us that we should have migrated those forms a few months before. However there was no notification about the need to do so. We also had a lifetime coupon which they decided to remove, increasing our billing costs significantly. We decided to cancel and they refused to cancel our account unless we go through a "specialized team". Unacceptable. Overall poor performance from the product with frequent 503 errors, especially if you use the API. Customer success is quick to direct you to another team or push the conversation to email to avoid quick responses. Cancelling the account requires a series of unnecessary steps and takes days. Utilizzo ActiveCampaign da circa 4 anni e, purtroppo, devo constatare che la piattaforma sta peggiorando progressivamente. Vi spiego cosa mi è accaduto di recente. Avevo deciso di eliminare l’account, ma il sistema mi ha suggerito insistentemente di metterlo in pausa. Quello che non mi è stato chiarito è che avrei avuto l’obbligo di riattivarlo e pagare la mensilità successiva. Una scoperta che ho fatto solo dopo, a mie spese. Per evitare che il costo ricadesse sul mio cliente, ho aggiornato i dati inserendo la mia carta. Qui nasce il vero problema: la sospensione dell’account doveva terminare il 10 febbraio, ma avendo caricato la mia carta il 3 febbraio, hanno ben pensato di anticipare tutto e prelevare i soldi immediatamente, senza il mio consenso. Ho tentato di contattare l’assistenza, ma è stato impossibile. Il supporto si riduce a un chatbot totalmente inutile, senza alcun modo di parlare con un operatore umano. Gestisco svariati clienti su questa piattaforma, ma alla luce di tutto ciò, credo proprio che li sposterò altrove. Pensavo che investire in un servizio costoso garantisse la qualità, ma mi sbagliavo. I just took the time to have a Zoom call and calmly lay out why this doesn't work for us. Their response - to offer us a lower level of service for almost the same price. So if we downgrade, we get less for the same price. If we switch to monthly (so we can leave if we want to without being tied in for a year - there are no refunds) - you guessed it - we pay even more. I feel like we are being backed into a corner with the choice of pay up or change provider. The choice is not going to be to pay up. I have no confidence that prices won't continue to increase. This feels like classic VC ownership - squeeze more out of the customers and don't worry if they leave. Which is fine if their objective is to have a handful of customers left paying a small fortune. Do you want to be one of those customers? Trust has been damaged and becaues of that we now have to figure out where to move next, rather than focussing on our business. It allowed me to re-engage older leads without blasting the same message to everyonw. The open rates shot up, and we actually received more replies than usual from the segmented list. Pros What struck me was how easily I could create automated sequences that were genuinely triggered by user activity. I didn’t have to code or work out sophisticated flows, I just selected triggers and actions, and it did the rest. The integrated CRM also helped me maintain clean and responsive customer lists. Cons This can get a little messy, especially when you are dealing with  multiple campaigns. I often had to search around for specific conversion data on email flows.
