I strongly recommend them. Pros With Active, you really get excellent hand holding service while switching over to use them. Customer Service clearly cares about your company. But the best part is that the program makes it very easy to glean as much as possible from every e-mail campaign you set up. That allows for powerful automation of segmentation of the e-mail list. I also love how somehow Active "knows" so much about so many of the people who sign up. Often, Active will automatically provide you with a twitter feed or linked in that is connected to the person who subscribes to the list. Cons There are a huge amount of templates to choose from when designing a newsletter. Perhaps a bit more hand holding there would be useful. Review Source Jana R. For the price, it's incredibly affordable for such a robust marketing system. The people that do not like it tend to be the people that have not used it to its full capability. We're learning new things every day with this system. The customer service is great and usually pretty fast to respond. We bought ours through a reseller who has an amazing training program so you can either learn yourself or give the training to your VA to learn. Every person I've turned on to this system, LOVES it. They are always willing to support you as needed if you need a hand and their capabilities are truly endless when it comes to growing a business. Pros Active Campaign has some very in depth triggers in the automations which makes the automation piece highly customizable depending on your clients specific needs. I also think their tagging and segmenting features are setup in a great way that is easy to implement and understand. They also have top notch customer support. Cons The most difficult thing I find with Active Campaign is that it's not friendly for users with little to no tech experience. Some of my less techy clients have trouble understanding the system or how to even navigate to view reports, etc. Reason for choosing ActiveCampaign Active Campaign stands out because their system is such a clean and professional setup. Cons I lost an entire 50-step automation (YEARS AGO!) and there was nothing they could do about it... however, THEY DID change their software because this happened to more than one person.
