I use it for my self and for some customers to which I recommend ActiveCampaign. Pros The most I like about Active Campaign is it's automation features. Befor ActiveCampaign I was looking after for a Eail MArketing Software with automation capabilities, and when I read about ActiveCamapign I switched from another software to AC. Cons I have not discovered any cons in ActiveCampaign so far. I'm not telling it's perfect at all, but there are no cons form me until now. May be I can consider as a cons the gap in price between my current plan to the next plan, but I think it is worth the price. The switch over to ActiveCampaign was also extremely well done, I had support of a team member leading me through every step, advising me on the best set up for my needs. Pros I like the amount of data it captures to help me with my marketing, and I enjoy the ability to have an intuitive system of tagging and ranking my subscribers so I can see who is highly engaged and who may need some extra help to engage. I also really appreciate the higher deliverability rates and the amazing customer service. Cons I wish I could set the font and the font size as a template when I'm writing emails, ie have it default to the font I want, instead of it going back to another font. I have managed to pick up a lot of how to use it without additional training. The 1 on1 customer support that they offer is unlimited and amazing. A great program that works well and easy to use. Love the free downloadable premade automations too. Cons Not sure to be honest. I think there are many things that I don't know about the software that I probably should to utilise it to the max. The software itself is the best email autoresponder we've ever used.Positives: Making the switch to ActiveCampaign was a wise business move. It has been simple to create automations and flows that are triggered by user action, and I appreciate how responsive their customer care is.Cons: This software has a steep learning curve. Many of their written instructions on their website fall short of providing me with the answers I needed. Pros I like the fact that it is very effective. The dashboard lets me see analytics in one spot and the customer service is very helpful. Pros I love how intuitive the setup is- I was an email marketing software newbie and MailChimp drove me batty, so when ActiveCampaign was recommended, I was wary. It has exceeded my expectations and has been a great experience! Even when I can't read the directions correctly and set something up incorrectly, the customer service team is quick to help, and even send a video of what to do in my account so I can just follow the steps. Cons I would like extended customer service hours- I do my email marketing at the end of the day and there often isn't a live tech to chat to after 7 pm EST. Review Source TS Thais S. AC is the best. Pros Very easy to use and set up. My team started using it quickly once training was done. Cons I didn't found it easy to sync the emails sent and received to a customer on AC. I don't know if this feature exists, but if it does I still don't know how to use. I would like to send emails manually for a contact on sales pipeline from AC contact page (once I click a deal and then click on the contact this page is shown). I'd like to send emails manually on this page and would like the history to stay on the same place that shows the automations emails that were sent to this contact. Cons The only con is not about the software features, it is about the fact that the deep data integration sometimes disconnects (we are using WooCommerce) and fails do connect again. The support wasn't very helpful with that. It happened several times and supports only solution was "disconnect and connect again". This procedure taks sometimes 3 (!!!) weeks.
