Cons We got flagged for inappropriately using the Unsubscribe link, however we reached out to customer support and got this sorted out. It enables me to automatically nurture our leads and produce sales. Leads are added to ActiveCampaign when they sign up for a lead magnet, and for days to weeks prior to receiving sales emails, they receive nurture emails. After a customer makes a purchase, we continue to nurture them using ActiveCampaign. We keep our customers "warm" by sending them emails over several weeks about what they can expect because our product is a test that requires time to produce results. Pros It can accomplish my needs and much more. Even some of the features I don't think I'll ever use. Support is also fantastic if I need it. I find the support to be good, and when I need help to figure something out, like a more complex automation that I want to set up, they help me quickly. Pros Active Campaign is easy to setup and get going, and yet, it has all the features I need for long term growth. Tagging, automations, campaigns are all pretty simple to use. Cons Automations can be a bit tricky to get right, but I don't think that's unique to this software. We never had a CRM before and now I don’t know how we ran our business before active campaign. Make the investment and you will see it pay off. Cons I am not a huge fan of how the custom fields translate from contacts to deals. August 31, 2020 5.0 Pros I love the tracking features. They're extremely helpful for our sales team, as well as our support team. Our sales team can use it to track engaged prospect's activities and follow up with them when they're the most likely to close. The support team can use these same metrics to reengage with current customers to reduce churn. Cons I haven't found a scenario that the automation feature within ActiveCampaign can't handle. Even if you get stuck somewhere, there are tons of step-by-step videos to get you back on track. If you have some more advanced questions, or need a walk-through, the support staff has been stellar and professional. They've never let me down! Cons I wish I got started sooner! Not every process is as slick as I would like, but that happens with more powerful apps. But I haven't had to wonder whether ActiveCampaign can do anything, because the answer is that it can. Highly recommended. It's worth spending a few bucks more on a system that is here for the long haul and has everything most businesses will need for email marketing. Pros I love that ActiveCampaign is fully fleshed out. I use a lot of smaller apps, and there are usually features missing. But I recently started using ActiveCampaign for email automation and campaigns, and it just has everything. And the cost for the core functionality is actually more affordable than I thought it would be. ActiveCampaign is widely known as one of the best email marketing applications, and it is. Cons I wish there was a smaller plan for those wanting the full-sized CRM. Right now, the starting price for those wanting the full CRM is a plan with 25 users. I just need a couple. Francamente para personas que como yo, nos introducimos en en tema de email marketing, una vez pasas el primer paso de conocer la plataforma (recomiendo ir abriendo secciones para familiarizarte), puedes ir construyendo fácilmente tus campañas de forma amena, fácil, rápida y por supuesto con infinidad de soportes y facilidades que encuentras en la plataforma. Pros La automatización del marketing, para mi que coordino mi empresa y me faltan horas, es ideal poder escribir un solo mail y lanzarlo a diferentes grupos de personas según la lista de contactos que elija y que ya te preparan des de la plataforma. Cons Al principio que todo es nuevo, es como mucha infirmación que asimilar. Hay varias pestañas que te direccionan a diferentes lugares. Al ir avanzando con el paso a paso, te das cuenta de que en verdad es muy intuitivo y que todo está ordenado por categorias. Además el soporte al cliente está ahí para solucionarte cualquier duda.
