Voor de nieuwe prijsverhogingen hebben we aangegeven om onze betaling liever naar maandelijkse facturatie om te zetten. Na 15 mails is dit eindelijk toegezegd. Vervolgens kregen we wel een jaarlijkse afschrijving, en nu zijn we ook weer 5 mails verder voordat dit überhaupt gefixt gaat worden. Oneindige verificaties, niet de mails goed lezen, dingen toezeggen die niet worden gedaan. Ze weten je bloed goed onder de nagels te halen.
