The integrations for some of the contracts and invoicing can be a pain but for the intended use of email marketing and keeping track of all your lists and Data it is awesome. Pros AC integrates with the apps / platforms I use to run my small business seamlessly. The on-site tutorials as well as accessibility to their support staff makes things simple & streamlined. I have recommended AC over some other 'fancy' sites due to the ease of use and integration ability. Cons I wish it were easier to add fun fonts, colors, etc to my emails (but not a big deal!) CRM, Sales, Marketing Automations, Emails. Pros Extremely simple to use, clean visuals, useful features, it doesn't have hundreds of pointless menus and features, focusing on what matters most. Also, pricing for us in Brazil is very competitive. Cons Company administration settings panel could be better, landing page builder could have more options like custom code/css. September 5, 2019 5.0 It solved the gap in our department for managing our externally partners and stakeholders. A lot of our audience make requests for keeping up to date with our project work. ActiveCampaign solved those needs with their Newsletter and updated emails. It rarely takes up our time to build and it runs on a frequency basis so we never have to re-invent the wheel. Pros I really like how many integrations there are with other softwares, making the tool more usable for other daunting administrative tasks. It helped that a lot of these tasks were all in one area and didn't have to point to another database in order to get it up and running. Cons I dislike how steep the learning curve is with this product. It was more intuitive than other CRM tools, but it still required a lot of training and clicking around to see where things were and how to operate certain workflows for customer relations. Pros ActiveCampaign offers all of the customizable tools and tracking most business owners need at an affordable price. Less expensive options don't offer anywhere near enough features to be effective in email marketing. ActiveCampaign is intuitive to use and offers excellent automation. Cons ActiveCampaign can be a little slow at times because it auto saves. It can be frustrating waiting on it to load at times, but it's also great peace of mind know that nothing will get lost if I forget to save. " February 1, 2018 5.0 Time! Setup it up once (and pretty quickly too) and forget about it. Nothing better than that!! Pros The flow of what you want to do is completely visual. Add in the tagging feature and you have a complete automated system that nurtures your clients from entry to sale. It goes beyond what most platforms out there do and doesn't cost you an arm and a leg to get started! ActiveCampaign was top on features and Scalability. There are others that will have more bells and whistles but when you dig down, they will count duplicate subscribers. This is a huge thing to watch and AC is one of the very few that doesn't do this. Their automation is available right from the start and I went back recently to get familiar with MailChimp and couldn't believe how primitive it was in comparison. If you are serious about business and want a platform that will grow with your business, not grow out if it and have to go to the huge task of migration, I definitely recommend ActiveCampaign. Pros The automation is very powerful and timeline on the dashboard gives me feedback the moment I log in. Cons It has greatly improved but does take time to learn all the features and I still have more to learn. I can quickly set up new opt-ins and automation and it doesn't add stress to my life, which has not been my experience with other providers. Pros I love how easy and intuitive ActiveCampaign is to use, as someone who is not great at tech I found it easy from day one, and even better they have great educational resources, tutorials and support so you're never trapped in a google rabbit hole trying to figure out how to do something. Cons Their basic email designs aren't as 'beautiful' as some other companies... but I prefer to send fairly plain email campaigns and because it's so easy to customize you can really make them look however you like. I can only create settings that apply to all.
