Also, the automation builder and pre-made automation have been super helpful. Cons The support has been a little slow and also we had deliverability issues at the very beginning but with the guide of our account executive, support worked them out and everything works perfectly now. Pros The software is great and easy to use. The opt-in forms are very useful and I find it easy to embed them to where we need them. The reporting capabilities are clear and well organized. Cons They have a few periods of bugs and issues, but if you notice something and report it to them, they'll get in touch with you fairly quickly. There is a whole universe to explore and learn which feels a bit overwhelming at first but I know as I continue to grow and take advantage of their support I will be able to really fly with this in my business toolkit. Pros I am brand new to ActiveCampaign and was struggling a bit to get used to the new universe that is within the product. Their customer support is absolutely amazing. I was able to do a on on one session at no cost with one of their strategy experts who helped me get my automation functioning properly after an initial misstep on my part. Cons The email editor is glitchy times. The drag and drop feature does not always work consistently and it's frustrating. Reason for choosing ActiveCampaign It was recommended to me by other internet marketers and online business owners over the alternatives. Switched from [MailerLite](https://www.capterra.com/p/136603/MailerLite/) Mailerlite is not powerful enough really to do the kind of customization I want to do with my email list. As a designer accustomed to Adobe, I wanted a tool that would allow me to really customize the spacing, margins, etc. Cons There is no undo feature, so if I want to go back in time, I have to start over. February 16, 2021 5.0 Pros This software is helping us organize and maintain our list of clients and potential new customers. Without this system, I'm not sure how we'd manage all the communication. We'd have to have something like Active Campaign to get thru our day to day tasks. We are still learning how to take advantage of all the amazing features, but currently deal pipelines are the most useful for us. We are digging into automating more of our work process now. Cons Cons: it is pricey and you do have to learn how to use it. But it is pretty intuitive and user friendly, especially considering that all of it is new to us. They often can't navigate it on their own. But once you get used it, you're OK. Overall it has been a positive experience and results have been also very good. Pros Generally easy to use. There are a few things hidden but overall it is easy to operate and you see results immediately. Cons My biggest complaint is pricing is determined by the number of contacts. Pros There are a lot of advanced features for me to utilize for effectiveness in my campaigns, also the deliverability rate is topnotch. I also love the seamless integration with other 3rd party softwares like Salesforce. Cons It can be slow sometimes, it's also hard to understand the advanced features.
