The learning series is very helpful and walks you step by step through setting everything up including the more advanced features. Cons There were a couple of times I had trouble, once fairly serious since I couldn't' send an email! Customer service was right on it and they coded a repair within the day. (Some issue with Safari update changing compatibility). Activecampaign is one of the few cost-effective options and packs a lot of features in its starter plan. Cons It is a little tricky to setup a workflow campaign as there is less help while setting it up. They have great guides that cover everything, although not much help while you are actually setting up the campaign. I had a bad run with the customer support. Spent around 30 minutes on call explaining why my list is legitimiate and no help on how to setup my campaign. Building a marketing campaign is not easy, and this software has just been a savior for me in just lead management, and email broadcasting which is seamless. Pros The great feature about Active Campaign is their ease of access. Even for a newbie or a professional, the setup is really easy and can be done by anyone. Be it automation or broadcast email service, it's super easy to set up. Cons Sometimes, speed and agility can be an issue. I will stick with Active Campaign, and improve how we learn to use it to it'f full potential Pros We work with deal leads, and as we move lead through our funnel, auto emails a generated. It has ensured no lead fall through the cracks, and also saved a few lost deal. In this case, it pays for itself. As a bonus, we could merge over from mail chimp for our newsletters and know all the new leads would be adding to our database. Cons There is lots of functionality, but we just don't utilise it enough. I am semi competent with software, however I did employe a professional to set up automations correctly. It makes it so easy to keep in contact with clients, potential clients, deals, etc. It allows you to make a fully automated communication line, ensuring your clients don't go without contact from you for long periods of a time. Based on the rules you set, clients can move from one automation to the next based on their interaction with you and your business. Cons It takes some time to fully understand AC and how to use it. I would advise taking a course or utilizing their team members to help you set up your first list, automation, and tags to get the hang of everything this software has to offer you! Pros ActiveCampaign is one of the most intuitive platforms for streamlining contact management, with the added automation tools to allow you ensure you have the most valuable and updated contact lists. Cons The navigation can feel very dense. Mapping out automation tools and understanding the verbiage and functionality of the tools and services will very likely require viewing of the online training videos. Pros I really like that it's a plug-and-play tool. You don't have to create templates from scratch if you don't want to and you can build custom flows to track who is active and inactive with your campaigns. Cons I still have some trouble building flows since it can get a little confusing, but the training documents do help. The support team is also very helpful if you hit some bumps in the road.
