However, at times there are certain features that are lacking in the software, and as I dive deeper I am coming across more and more shortcomings that make me miss my previous software. Pros I like the ease in creating and managing automations. Everything is intuitive and the email builder is easy. May just be my operating system/browser/screen resolution, but it can be finicky at times to quickly drag and drop onto an email build. I really like the automation tools that help you put each subscriber in the right funnel and send them the right emails at the right time. It's a great tool to nurture potential buyers and sell them your stuff. Cons There's a lot you can do with AC, but it comes with a toll. Pros The good thing is to have a software that already helps you to automate things without you wasting time always doing everything manually, ActiveCampaign only helps. Cons The drawback about ActiveCampaign is that it is not programmed to be smart enough to notice who is not new, it can send the same emails to old ones as if they were new, especially for those who have not mastered it very well yet. Pros I like the most about Active Campaign, that it is the perfect email-marketing software for my needs. It has everything I need for automated newsletters, funnels and form which I can integrate in my website. And much more, which I haven't explored yet. Everything is easy to use and I don't need to watch hours and hours of tutorials to understand how to use the software. And If there is a case where I don't know how I can use something, I just read their help pages. If there is a problem you can reach out to their support and they will respond quickly. Cons I would love that I could see the subject line of every sent campaign right away next to the name of the campaign in the campaign tab.
