Cons There are some elements of the software that I'm still getting my head around. I was confused at the start about the pricing too, it would be easier to have a set pricing for a particular use rather than based on number of contacts. It came highly recommended to me, and it's clear that A.C. has a lot of amazing features that can grow with me over the years. So far I've been most impressed with the customer service; there are a number of ways to access tutorials and support, and their integration service (which will take your existing templates and automations from another email provider and set them up for you in A.C.) is impressive. I haven't yet had an opportunity to dive into all of the features but look forward to exploring more. Cons As a new business owner with limited experience with this type of software, the sheer number of options and features is a bit overwhelming, but I know that it's a learning curve and that it's just a matter of digging in to figure it all out. I'm satisfied with the features and functionality, and I haven't even scratched the surface of everything that this software can do for my business! Pros I really liked the on-boarding video tutorial series. It was very easy to follow and taught me everything I need to know to get my account set up and running! Furthermore, they provide many links to pages with additional information, resources and ideas. It made the whole setup process really easy. Cons The starting price for the smallest list is higher than some of their competitors, but I'm confident that this will be the best platform in the long run and the amount of features offered at the smallest price point is very desirable. This does everything I want it to do. It is fairly intuitive at the lower level. Pros Ultra feature rich email software. Fairly intuitive for the simple stuff. Has some neat tricks you can do such as send another email if someone clicked on your previous email. Good split testing features. Cons It can get complex. If you want to get really deep into features they are not as easy to figure out. It can get costly if you have a big audience. Each has it's good points and challenges. Active Campaign is no different. What really stands out for us is that AC really helps us move people from prospect to client... Another strong point are the automations .... making repetitive tasks automatic, and helping us keep prospects tracked in their customer journey Cons What do we like least? Hmmmm... not much really.
