Pros Es muy fácil de usar, adquiriendo conocimientos básicos con cualquier tutorial puedes sacarle un gran provecho. Cons Es caro. Esta herramienta es imprescindible para todo el que desee tener un negocio digital y sostener un gasto fijo mensual lo hace insostenible muchas veces. Deberían dar la opción de suspender el servicio de 1 a 3 meses por ejemplo durante el año. Que el soporte sea unicamente por mail. No tener un chat inmediato en español retrasa el proceso de respuesta, si bien es muy eficiente y siempre dan respuesta, tener que enviar un mail como única opción lo hace tedioso. The deliverability is great, most emails sent land in the main inbox of the clients. Pros With Active Campaign you can set up different landing pages, newsletters, and send text messages to your clients. It's also a great autoresponder with great deliverability. Cons Active Campaign is a very advanced tool. It's not recommended for people who are just starting out in marketing. I don't have the time or desire to spend much effort on setting up email funnels, but ActiveCampaign makes it all super quick and easy. plus it integrates really well with a lot of third party softwares. I highly recommend it! Cons There is nothing that I don't like about this software. I have had to contact Customer Support twice and both times had stellar help. This product is far more than I need (it's like using a Ferrari to go to the corner store) but it also does what I need it to do. Pros It does what I need it to do.Fairly easy to use. Cons Not as intuitive as it could be. Some features don't seem to work, i.e. I had difficulty resizing an image from within Active Campaign even though there is a button to do that. I couldn't get it to work so re-sized in another application them imported it into my automation. It takes away of lot of manual tasks but automated the sales workflow and even the onboarding of our customers. If you have a sales team which is out trying to close deals and doesnt want to deal with paperwork then the Automations feature of active campaign can do it all for you. It's very intuitive and user-friendly: once automations are set up is very easy to organize your campaign and design them according to your brand Cons I did not like how difficult it was to understand how to set automations up. If someone is not super familiar with email marketing and still would like to connect with their audience through emails, that can be an obstacle. Also the online guides are not always helpful thoroughly, often I ended up having more questions. However, we recently shifted to an different platform that is able to do email marketing within our donor management database. Pros Active Campaign is easy to use and has great templates to help build newsletters and emails. The emails look clean and professional. Cons The lack of accounts, as in each email is an account. One person may have multiple accounts due to having multiple emails. It is therefore hard to track individual engagement and how it relates to their donor and volunteer status. Cons I have had very few issues with these projects but the one issue I did have took a very long time for their customer service to figure out how to fix. DON'T. JUST DON'T!" November 13, 2018 2.0 Pros I wish I could say something here, but I really don't have any pros. I'm the developer hooking it up to our app, not the user so maybe the users would have something good to say, but it's a real pain to use their API. Cons There API is terrible. V2 is HORRIBLY inconsistent in both values it accepts, and responses that it returns. V3 is pretty barebones at the moment. There's a lot in V2 that hasn't been added to V3 yet. Documentation for V2 is incorrect in a lot of places, so you're left to guessing what values it might take and using trial and error. It's a great way to build your online following. Cons When members subscribe they have to confirm and some people don't get the email because it goes to spam. Pros It's very easy to be used and it's all already connected. When you put and info in one place it goes immediately all over. Cons There are some little improvements that they are doing in the use of the pipeline (tags and other issue). But there is a very active customer support that always helps to find solutions.
