Modern, cloud-based solutions are not accepted due to security protocols. Pros Can create custom templates and apply previously used campaigns to new ones. Improve click-thru and open rates based on report history. Cons Our department uses Active Campaign's Bulk Mailer which does not have A/B testing capability. If it doesn't get to the recipient, then it doesn't;t matter what features or cost it may have. Pros It has a lot of features and is affordable. The deliverability is better than other services that I have used. Cons The media folders are not easy to use. I still don't know how to, and I'd love to see a better interface for it. I love the reports and tracking that can be set up for each campaign and also love the CRM system for tracking leads. It is so simple to set up an advisor with a user to be able to view and track their leads through custom follow up systems and pipelines Cons The pricing scale is easily scale able for mainly small businesses. Although I needed to exceed their pricing chart, they made a great deal with me since I needed over 200,000 contacts space. Pros ActiveCampaign comes in two categories Lite and Plus, which you can pay a monthly or yearly. I like the simplicity and how the tools are put together giving one good suite. I love the following features which are available automation, CRM, landing page builder and email marketing. Cons It is not the most customizable email marketing platform, from a design perspective. I would recommend another platform if you need your campaigns to be design heavy. Apparently according to CSR it is still with the tech team. I had to upgrade in order to still be in the queue for answers. Got a mail today. She doesn’t know how to help. Waiting. Based on support you better off using any other flipper program. You guys are utterly useless! Cons Designs don’t work. Pros I like that it saved a lot of my time through automation. It also helped me get a better understanding of the success rate of my campaigns. Cons I found it really frustrating when I had a problem with one of my automation and there was no resource available in a timely manner. Pros It has excellent email campaign automation and has plenty of pre-made templates for you to use. As far as email campaigns are concerned, its probably one of the best, but its CRM and sales functions are weak, and its on the pricy side when compared to something like Agile crm thats an all in one suite.
