It's easy to manage and has a ton of email design tools (compared to other crms and not canva) Cons Emails aren't sent via your email provider, so they won't show up in your sent mails, they'll only show up in your mailbox if someone replies. Their design tools were very well designed - for lack of a better word - as well. My support has been outstanding. These professionals really are helpful. Pros I can segment my virtual markets that I work in. In addition, I can add a video link along with a link to my website. These are called buttons. The free 1/2 hour one-on-one support through Zoom is outstanding. Cons I am not the most techie guy. It's can be slightly confusing to add buttons for people to click on. Pros I appreciate that I was able to jump onto Active Campaign's platform on the fly and start managing my email list and sending newsletters right away. It took just a little bit of time to figure out, but generally intuitive. Cons The system seems to be built for much larger integrations and companies. I do not do much, however I have been told that Active Campaign integrates with other applications well in case I have a need in the future. Reason for choosing ActiveCampaign I was told it integrated more readily with Leadpages for my purposes at the time and generated a higher email open rate. Review Source DH Devan H. I loved they even customize the template for your branding with 24 hrs turnaround time request. It's a free service to use. The Onboarding program was good. I like that you can use previous campaigns as templates. Uploading contacts is very easy to do. Cons I wish the interface within the campaign template had a few more features. Pros It has an icredible marketing automation, when I first found it I didnt think it would have this many options for what I wanted to do with the mail at the company. But it lets me automate sales follow ups, like, marketing campaings, etc. Cons It can be a little bit complicated to understand. Reports are easy to understand. Pros My marketing team and I switched to this provider from a competitor because it was better functionality with consumers converting out of drip campaigns. We did not want our consumers to continue to receive sales emails once they converted, and this provider offered this function. Cons I have found the new campaign creation process to be trickier and more frustrating at times. Also, emails aren't as visually appealing as what I was used to. I did use the free branded template service and this was less than mediocre in aesthetic appeal.
