Many different ways to customize the look and feel of an email, simpe testing to verify everything before hand. Organization of contacts, especially on initial import and thereafter is very easy to get everyone tagged appropriately, in the right lists, and then when it's time to send messages, it's all done. Cons Main challenge at times is editing and customizing the email itself to make it look like you want. Recently added the ability to 'undo' changes, however I'm sure they are working to make style and design changes even easier in the future. My friends and I use it together. It's secure. I don't have to worry about my customer contacts getting into hands outside my business. It's the best in class email automator. There is some room for improvement. In contact management. It can save me time by getting better at spam detection. I respect the company because it improves each year. For example, it's captcha feature is a great improvement. It doesn't stop every Chinese spammer yet. Pros ActiveCampaign is smart. It automates contact management. It never stops running. It gets better over time. Each year, there are more features. Cons It can't stop spam machines created by bad actors. Spam contacts can get in. My preference would have been for an account manager just to jump on for me, make sure that I had the most efficent system established and fix it for me. Hopefully taking a month or two off from ActiveCampaign will inspire me to continue the setup. It's partially setup. Pros Not there yet. Once I have a better understanding of functionality, I will update response. Cons Lack of customer support. Every time I have a question, I am referred to the FB group to ask the community. Or I am going back and forth by email and not getting the answers that I need (don't even get me started). I want to talk to a person. The training is geared towards people with websites. I don't need a website for my business, so I want to better understand how to setup without a website. I like flowcharting, but I have NO grasp on how to set that up through ActiveCampaign. I'm a quick learner. Just need help getting started. Again, webinars were not helpful b/c I don't have a website, and I am not selling a product. Cons Se demora mucho en cargar y muchas de las veces no guarda los cambios autómaticos, es decir, hay cosas que se muestran en el diseño que luego en el envío de los emails no se refleja como por ejemplo el cambio de color en las letras o las negrillas.
