Customer support is always very helpful and willing to coach us through problems. I think customer support would be the most valuable part of AC. Cons It can be clunky to use, there is not a lot of fluidity between features in the platform. Once something is completed it's often difficult to go back and edit. Pros I was with another email provider that had HORRIBLE customer service. The functionality of the two servers are pretty similar, but the customer service you receive with AC is invaluable. I am so glad I made the switch to AC as I can get a quick, helpful response at almost any time of the day. This is especially important during a launch. Cons Wasn't difficult to learn, but there is a learning curve to figure out how to create tags and set up email automations.
