Excellent, especially the learning resources and help desk, they are literally the best I've encountered in 25 years on system. They have a lot of great people to engage with, and well thought out tutorials to follow.

Pros

I think the ability to send, and customise, emails to my list, with a level of sophistication in the controls, is going to make a real difference to the studio here.

Cons

It's perhaps a little over featured for my needs, but the opportunity to dive in deeper may appeal in due course!

Really have make a difference in my business for massive campaigns and shcedule them. Also using lists have been great for me and to be able to use it with tools as webinarjam.

Pros

It IS very powerful and have lot's of customable characteristics and some valuable training on hand to start going with campaigns and automatizations

Cons

I've seen when you try to get embedded some pictures using HTML format for campaigns a loose of the format for those attachments. Automatizations a little difficult when you start.

I've loved their customer service from the beginning. They've always been friendly and great with me. It's likely a service I won't stop using.

Pros

What I love about the software is just how easy it is to navigate. I can easily set up automation, see my lists, and much more without having to guess where everything is. It's intuitive when I have to write a new email, everything is right there for me to see.

Cons

I think everything is laid out just as needed. Maybe an easier way to change admin if needed.

Great customer service, but the performance has been a huge disappointment, and is costing me money at this point.

Pros

The customer support has been great, and it integrated well with ClickFunnels.

Cons

I can't access much on the app from my phone which is annoying, so I always have to open on my laptop. Also I switched to AC bc I heard the open rates would be better. This has proven to be the opposite actually. With mailchimp I was getting 12-15% open rates consistently - and since I rely largely on email marketing for sales for my business, obviously I wanted higher. With AC I've been getting around 5% open rates consistently - which is hurting my business big time.

Reason for choosing ActiveCampaign

bc i heard that AC had the highest open rates (which has turned out to be very far from true).

Pros

I really enjoyed the integration with ClickFunnels. It has made it in incredibly easy to track my leads and get them to go through the funnel efficiently.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve, if you work with someone who knows the software, it makes things much easier

Pros

Product is easy enough to use. Transferring over was a simple process.

Cons

I haven't found anything out of sorts. I find that once you work with it it becomes easier to use and understand.

AC has made it super easy for me to send emails to particular groups, create tags, and lists.

Pros

Active campaign is super easy to use and integrated well with other sites which makes it my preferred CRM of choice!

Cons

I don't love the running list of updates AC provides in the main navigation.

Its been amazing, I have calls set up with memebers of the team to ensure I am set up smoothly and things are going well to stay on track and get it all set up.

Pros

This software is a beast for email campaigns, the customer service I have also received is next to none. During my initial call, they did not hold back from giving me all of the advice I needed like a real human and weren't super salesy.

Cons

The cost! It is quite pricey however you get what you pay for right? I also wish there werent so many rules to follow when it comes to email.

Voor het uitsturen van nieuwsbrieven is dit een handige tool. Het bouwen van een sjabloon gebeurt heel intuïtief en is makkelijk te te passen, ook voor wie geen grafische achtergrond heeft. Bovendien is het gemakkelijk om die nieuwsbrief uit te sturen naar een grote groep mensen door de contactenlijsten.

Cons

Er zitten nog wat bugs in het toevoegen en beheren van contacten.
