Pros J'ai voulu changer d'auto répondeur parce qu'on me disait qu'activ campaign était bien et que j'avais des soucis avec mon logiciel qui ne faisait pas le one click register. Et la je me suis retrouvée avec des mails non délivrés. La panique ! Cons J'ai donc fait valoir mon droit de rétractation puisque j'étais dans les à 9 jours de mon achat annuel. Le conseiller m'a répondu de suite et depuis plus de nouvelles. Ça fait maintenant plus d'une semaine. Attention à vous, soyez bien sûr de votre achat, vous n'aurez pas le droit de rétractation. Different advertising campaigns are being created to generate new contacts. With the CRM option we are monitoring the proposals. In addition, we have been able to integrate some custom forms on our website with Active Campaign and create custom fields. Pros I have been able to see how the marketing team created the different campaigns, marked the contacts, etc. I, as a programmer, have been able to connect our website with Active Campaign and create contacts and custom fields in a very simple way through the API Cons We have been using the platform for a short time and we have not yet been able to test all its functionality. Wish that Landing pages and funnels were also part of the entry level platform. That will make my life so much easier. Another feature that would be great. Are email templated for course launches or enrollments. Pros That I can email lots of people at once and looks like it comes from me. I also like that I can see the statistics of who opens my emails and charts of how my list grows. Cons I soemtimes struggle to figure out how to use it. For instance the other day I wanted to send a campaign email to 6 new contacts but I was not able to or did not know how to dot it. I just wnated to copy or forward that specfiic email to 6 clients. Cons difficult to learn at first although once you understand how it works you can do pretty much anything I use it only for mail marketing. I initially looked into Infusionsoft, but after their horrible hard-selling techniques, flat out lies, and ultimately a BBB complaint and subsequent refund, I was hoping to find something else and was very leery at that point. I then found Active Campaign and I am SO GLAD I did. They were so helpful and had everything I needed and, come to find out, so much more as well. I have been able to do things with my huge list that I was never able to do and it is all so well programmed and organized that I was able to learn everything very quickly. I am SO impressed with everything that Active Campaign offers, their EXCELLENT support, their pricing, their integrations - everything. And they seem to just keep getting better! You pay for a year, don't get any help, and can't use the application. Pros I like the "promise" of this software. The problem is in execution and development to meet my company's needs.
