The email templates are nice too. Pros ActiveCampaign is a great option for beginners because it's easy to use and very affordable. There are lots of great integration options through Zapier and the emails I received when I signed up and on an ongoing basis had really good tips. Cons I wish there was a landing page builder and it would be nice if account names could be customized for all subscription levels. Abandoned cart sequence was amazingly simple to set up. Able to get full profiles on each email address. Cons Really really wish that when I export the CSV that I can get location. Pros Great drip campaign and email automation functionality Compares to Infusionsoft for much less money Email builder is workable overall Cons Supposedly has CRM functionality but it comes nowhere close to meeting the needs of most companies Complicated and difficult to use at least in the beginning. Pros Makes the followup to lead magnet campaigns and other landing page sequences a breeze. If you need to create leads and set up complex followup mechanisms, this software is for you. It's rare to find one that's is not only in English. ActiveCampaign is available in portuguese. Even though I'm fluent in English and have worked overseas, it's easier to do it on your native language. It has the best interface and UX I've tried. Its intuitive, which is rare for CRM softwares. The amount of apps that you can integrate with ActiveCampaign is impressive. I'm not trying another software again, I'm sticking to this one. Cons I don't like to see all the time its integration with Facebook. I would prefer it to be with Instagram or other Platforms that I use. Review Source KC Karim C. The ability to create a simple onboarding sequence as a beginner speaks to its ease of use. Cons The uninspired email creator leaves a lot to be desired.
