Pros

There are some tools in the market that do the same as ActiveCampaign or more, but I really appreciated a soft pricing structure to it, while still having everything I need to send mass email campaigns

Cons

A few more integrations with popular platforms would be nice

Pros

I needed active campaign because it integrates it with click funnels. When setting up my facebook ads for my webinar active campaign collects my leads and i can send emails before and after the webinars to increase sales. I absolutely love it. Cant wait to utilize more features!

The deep data integrations can be a little tricky to understand exactly how/when the triggers are activated.

Pros

Easy to use. Automation setup is easy and you can actually map your processes out. Apart from that, they have a wonderful support team

Cons

It is a little pricey. Many cheaper alternative. But with the features, it is definitely worth it.

Great tool to create seperate lists. Integrated well with my outside platform. Allows for automated responses with an easy flow chart template.

Cons

Could use a better system of video tutorials to make setup simpler.

Cons

I would still prefer Mailchimp as I like the Playfullness that Mailchimp offers. But this a grat alternative.

Customer service is good. The email campaigns are ok

Pros

There is lots that can be done in Active campaigns that means you don't have to go to various places. It can call be done here which makes it more cost effective and streamline. I haven't even scratched the surface of what it can do.

Cons

It takes a bit of understanding how to use it. I need to spend more time to work out the functions and how its used but somethings arent as intuitive as I would like.

I am building my first email list - Hoorah Learning how to send out campaigns and create automations - this will help build my network and business in the long term.

Pros

With a little help I now have my first email list. I did not achieve that with Mailchimp or Drip. I am getting used to sending out email campaigns. I like that I can set up my own templates and pull across blocks of text that I repeatedly use. Active Campaign was recommended to me as an easier way to learn how to build email lists.

Cons

I have alot to learn about making this intuitive for me. Which is more about me than Active Campaign. Learning the difference between a campaign and automations may seem simple to someone in the know but to a T-Rex it all takes time. I do hope that practice makes perfect.

Great overall experience! Very satisfied with how user friendly it is. I plan on sticking with Active Campaign for the long run!

Pros

I have used multiple different email marketing systems in the past and found them all very confusing as I am not a "tech" person. I was recommended to try Active Campaign and absolutely loved it from the start. It was so simple to use, very user friendly, and I was able to easily figure it out on my own. I recommend Active Campaign to everyone I know now.

Cons

Active Campaign has everything I need at the moment. I can't think of anything I dislike about the software.

My contacts organization is so much better. I was previously on another platform that caused my contacts to be double counted and it was very confusing to segment my audience.

Pros

The automation program sophistication is really good. I’m able to break down my audience into great segments that are very meaningful.

Cons

It takes a while to learn but it’s worth it. I’m still leaning new features and functions.

Quizás lo que menos me gusta es que no está en español y hecho de menos una versión free limitada que valga la pena comenzar con ella.

It wasn't clear if triggers to add a contact to a campaign would effect contacts who already had the tag or only contacts that got tagged going forward in the future.

Pros

I enjoy using the software to communicate with my customers on a semi monthly basis. It is conveniently able to create templates that are straightforward for people who do not know how to use HTML. The editor is very convenient and I would recommend it as a tool for anyone who needs a CRM for their customers.

I dislike how the basic plan can only do up to 1000 contacts to my knowledge?

Customer service is awesome, and the level of options for triggers in the automations is great. Overall love Active Campaign!

Pros

I've been using Active Campaign to manage my free resources, opt-ins, and email newsletter for a few months now and have been very happy with how easy it is to set up automations, templates, and review data.

Cons

It seems expensive, but once I have a larger list I think it will be well worth it.

Automation of marketing materials and systems as it relates to client onboarding , new employee onboarding and other promotions.

Pros

At first it takes a bit to get used to especially for those with no experience. However although their systems are excellent, it is their online courses and customer support that really shines. I cannot say enough good things about their videos and text manuals with their easy to follow instructions.

Cons

The initial learning curve is a bit steep but their videos are great. Having nearly the full suite right off the bat is a bit overwhelming.

Cons

Their pricing model can get a bit pricey depending on how many contacts you have which might deter lager organizations from using it.

lo ho utilizzato per circa un anno e l'ho fatto utilizzare a un cliente, siamo successivamente passati entrambi ad altri prodotti essenzialmente per il costo probabilmente tarato per impresi più grandi

Pros

Mi è piaciuto per come permette di profilare in modo avanzato e preciso i contatti

Cons

E' un software professionale e per questo ha un costo abbastanza elevato, sarebbe utile una versione light per utilizzi più basici
