Pros Features seems comprehensive enough to suit my needs and I trust that my data will be protected.Set up support and training has been fantastic. Cons The double opt-in feature is annoying and I did not know it was a default setting. My customers were receiving an ugly email to confirm that they wanted to opt in and I starteed paniking because I didn't know where it was coming from. I eventually worked out how to stop it and the ActiveCampign support team were very helpful. Cons As with anything, you need to take the time to learn it, but I found it to be incredibly user friendly - also, you can pretty much google any questions you have and an article will come up to help you with it. Pros Setting up a email campaign is very easy. You can borrow from some really modern looking templates, and the program walks you through everything step by step. This software syncs up easily with Member Mouse. Cons They recently updated the software to include an "undo" button, which was previously annoying. Also, I find adjusting photos with the drag and drop feature to be weird. That's usually when I use the "undo" button to get back to look of the campaign. Review Source CS Casey S. Pros It's very fast. There's no lagging on the page, and the buttons work fast. I don't think I've ever run into an error page like it happened with other email marketing software. Has lots of features - actually, too many for me. Cons I don't like the pricing part. Pricing based on the number of contacts is discouraging. Although we are still dialing things in and figuring it out, I believe that once everything is working well, the product will save us hours each week as well as help keep follow-ups from slipping through the cracks. Cons Biggest cons is that its not easy to move from another CRM to this one. We are having to write a lot of custom code and integrations to get what we want but once those are done I am hopeful we will be in a good position to utilize the product more fully. The sales and support team are really friendly and positive. The product has many options than other competitors has. Cons The integration with E-Commerce lacks a little bit.
