Pros This software is inexpensive yet has the depth and automation processes of software with several times the cost. True power with understanding pricing. Cons No major cons yet. The plugins and automations when using Zapier or direct integrations can be confusing to navigate. Automations are really easy to setup, email templates are good and easy to design. What I like the most about this software is user experience. Active Campaign is one of the best.  Modern and clean interface, so many features. You can set up complex automations, easily segment your lists and the automation builder is a very powerful feature. Unfortunately you can get only a 14 days trial period, there is no free package.  Pros I like the modern interface, the complex automations and the drag & drop email builder. I like the automations and find setting them up to be intuitive. I have used these automations in the onboarding process to reduce administrative time. Having templates is nice for quickly setting up and sending recurring emails, such as newsletters. Cons There are so many features that learning how to use them all can be overwhelming. A good problem! Their customer support was super helpful with walking me through setup and testing the features. First email has gone out really and we have uploaded a fixed amount of contacts to start working with. So far it looks really good.
