It was worked well for us for driving email campaigns. The best part about the product is really nice and interactive templates, have to say Activecampaign has some of the best email templates. Cons Pricing is one area where Activecampaign can improve. Also plugins are required to make it a full functional marketing automation product. Overall its a good product. Review Source BM Brian M. I'm a novelist who uses AC to manage my reader mailing lists. Active Campaign is far more powerful than what I'm used to with one of their competitors and as such it did take me a little while to pick up on the possibilities because I never considered some of their options to be possible. Pros ActiveCampaign has a lot great features and functionality. It has a lot of the same features as more expense similar softwares, but is cheaper. More bang for your buck. Also, the support is very responsive. Cons What I like least about ActiveCampaign, it takes a bit to understand the lay out, where things are, and how to use them. Pros Ease of setting up email automation campaign with already made template that can be easily customized for personal preference. The use of forms is also good for blogging that can be integrated with collecting contacts. Cons There is no ability to customize the forms within Active Campaign such as changing the layout size, picture, position of text to where you would want it to be other than editing the html itself. Everything is fixed size. A bit tricky to find exactly what you are looking for as things on the site are layered deep within some other contents. We use it for one-off emails, emails from us, emails sent on behalf of clients, drip campaigns, etc. Pros I like that it's pretty easy to set up drip campaigns to automate outreach and keep in front of customers.
