When you use it for a while it is fast, but you need to find out how to create your samples. If you have done all you may need you can make your daily or weekly letters easily.

Cons

It is not so easy to learn how to use it for the first time. But the good news that you can learn it.

You would think a tool that allows you to build out a marketing campaign that spans a few weeks in just under an hour would be expensive, but that's not the case with ActiveCampaign. It's intuitive, power, and you get a lot of bang for your buck.

ActiveCampaign is easy to set up and building out campaigns is a breeze. The UI is clear and there's a lot of custom fields to play around with.

Cons

I'd like to see more in-depth reporting features, but we've yet to see any real issues.

I can put every email on autopilot and visualize where people are at every step of the funnel.

Pros

We use ActiveCampaign for all our email funnel sequences. The interface is fairly intuitive after you get used to it.

Cons

The actual process of creating emails (the copy, the formatting) is limited; easy to make an ugly mistake.

I love her everything i need to stay in touch and nurture my clients and potential clients are all in one place. As a solopreneur time is definitely money and ActiveCampaign with email, CRM, sales and marketing all here in a neat package. it has helped me tremendously!

Customer service is the best. I had a lot of questions and felt very supported.

It’s a little confusing, at first. It took some tenacity on my part but love it.

We use AC with all our clients and love the product overall. It's by far the most comprehensive with a great price point. I have a few gripes including it's integration with Segment.com which was mishandled, the email editor is finicky and not doesn't always provide the desired look and there are often delays with events including autoresponders that queue up and take a while to be sent out. Overall though, it's a great value for the price and I do highly recommend ActiveCampaign.

Pros

Active Campaign allows us to split leads into groups, address different groups, and engage our customer along the entire path of their lifetime.

Cons

Active Campaign can be a bit complicated especially when it comes to setting up automation. It took a phone call with support to set this up.
