Features like chat made it easy to interact with our clients and leads during marketing campaigns. I also find it easy to use even though it’s a pretty robust software. Cons Its price keeps going up over time, but we can’t really say the same about its features, which can be disappointing. I love how user-friendly the automation builder is it was so easy to set up welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and loyalty emails. I do feel that the account managers tend to be just glorified customer support, where they don't really help much and I still have to submit support tickets when we do have problems. Haven't had the best communications with account managers for clients - long response times, unclear communcations. But overall, once it's setup, ActiveCampaign runs like a charm. It's more of a small to medium business tool. The quality of support also isn't fully there when something goes wrong. Pros Super easy to use. Modern UI and very active support team. Clean documentation. Their development team were also quite supportive in helping us build an integration with them. Cons I find their automation and customization functionality is limiting. Because of that, we use another tool like Keap to send most of our emails. I don't think our developers find it as friendly to use as other tools available. Also, although they were supportive in helping us build an integration, once we had a problem - that's where the assistance stopped. If something goes wrong, they don't know or don't have the resources to fix it. Basically, I think the ACC software is really brilliant. A webinar function like Funnelcockpit would be desirable or expandable. Pros I have a lot of software functions bundled in one place in ACC.
