You have to spend a lot of time with ACC to find out the functions and use them correctly. The support is very good. The variety with CRM is great. Creating emails with templates is really very good. Basically, I think the ACC software is really brilliant. A webinar function like Funnelcockpit would be desirable or expandable. Pros I have a lot of software functions bundled in one place in ACC.
