Tons of features we still haven't had a chance to use but plan to in the future. Pros The ease of use. The platform is super easy to navigate and I was able to migrate a list of 40k+ contacts seamlessly. Cons There are times when the software gets buggy and either won't load or freezes. They are very nicely done, simple and elegant. Pros I was blown away by the onboarding process. It was very smooth and simple, easy to follow directions. Cons I'm not tech savvy so I find that I have all the features I want in this software. Reason for choosing ActiveCampaign Word of mouh is that it is a great product from other professionals. The cost was not worth it in the end for us, as it didn't generate leads as we would've expected. We pivoted to LinkedIn and are seeing better results. Pros AC allowed for monthly campaigns to be launched with ease. Very comparable to other tools like MailChimp. Cons The lead management wasn't that great, or user friendly. All those are advantages that make this a very powerful marketing platform. And the price is right. Pros Active campaign is one of the top email marketing platforms for a reason, they also have a high level of analytics, an integrated CRM, and you can have emails, messages on screen or even sms in your campaigns, this makes it very powerful. It is email marketing but taken about 5 steps ahead. It takes the best tools for the job and gives them to the user in a simple to use form. Pros Over the past 6 years or so, I have evaluated many CRM systems, one as a reseller. In many cases, the CRMsystems available are so complex to set up, that you require a coding specialist to get the most out of it, a cost not included in the purchase or subscription of the product. With ActiveCampaign, although the subscription cost is higher than I budgeted for, I pay with a smile because the system is much easier to set up than any other. The onboarding and support is second to none, so I do not have to pay for expensive experts to assist me. ActiveCampaign continuously provides me with information that stretches my expectations, so I always getting ideas and gaining the knowledge to extend my application of the software beyond what I thought I would be able to. Cons I have not been able to ask a question or demand a feature which is not included. The user interface is easy to understand and operate too. Its automation feature gives very good results. Cons Its campaign report feature is not as explanatory as other competitive softwares. The pricing is also acceptable as it provides a great ROI considering it has features similar to WebEngage Journeys, which is a lot more expensive and serves different types of customers. Pros ActiveCampaign has some great options for automating repetitive work. It does an excellent job of managing email campaigns journey based on actions and events. This makes users feel it's hyper-personalised and thus increases the open & reply rates. Great to be able to apply integrations with SamCart to see amount of income generated by individual campaigns too. Cons I'd love the user interface to be a little bit cleaner in places, especially the email creation windows. Reason for choosing ActiveCampaign I'm a beginner at email marketing, though I had been running Mail Chimp haphazardly in the past. I chose Active Campaign after extensive research when launching a new company dealing in knowledge products and online content. I wanted to build with a platform that was effectlively limitless in terms of growth potential. At the moment I'm using only a small amount of Active Campaigns features but am still very happy with it. Can't wait to get into automated funnels and the more detailed aspects of its capabilities. ActiveCampaign would be my favourite, but others offer better starting pricing. Pros It was a great autoresponder, a little more intuitive in creating emails and campaigns than others, had a great built in CRM, and the SMS marketing was a golden feature Cons I wish the user education was better and learning curve a little less steep. Cons I am frustrated that I moved off of ActiveCampaign, and they billed my account without a reminder notice. I contacted them 1-day after the charge showed up, and they won't provide a full or pro-rated refund. I find this to be deceptive. If they are going to use automated annual billing, the very least they can do is send you an email reminder before the payment is billed.
